The Stoic method

Three principles that change how you think

Stoicism is a practical toolkit that has helped people handle pressure for over two thousand years. Each session turns it into concrete steps for your situation.

I

Focus on what you control

Sort any problem into what is up to you and what isn’t, then act on the first list. This single shift removes most of the anxiety in any difficult situation.

II

Question your stories

Separate facts from the interpretation you’ve added, and choose a more accurate, useful view. Most of our suffering comes from the meaning we attach — not the event itself.

III

Act with character

Decide who you want to be in a hard moment, then commit to one action this week. Stoicism is not passive — it demands that you show up fully for what’s in your control.

What to expect

How a session works

1

Free discovery session

30 minutes to tell me what’s going on, learn how I work, and decide whether we’re a good fit. No payment, no pressure.

2

Coaching sessions

60 minutes by video call. We examine a real situation using Stoic exercises — not theory, but your actual life.

3

Daily practice

A short morning intention and evening review keep the work going between sessions. Usually five minutes each.

Who this helps

What Stoic coaching is useful for

Work stress

Pressure, conflict, difficult colleagues, decisions you can’t control. Sessions help you act clearly instead of reacting.

Big decisions

Career changes, relationship crossroads, major life choices. We separate what’s actually at stake from what you’re afraid of.

Anxiety & worry

When you’re spending energy on things you can’t change. Stoic exercises redirect that energy toward what you actually control.

Setbacks

Rejection, failure, loss. Not to pretend it doesn’t hurt — but to find what’s still in your control and how to move forward.

Difficult relationships

You can’t control other people. You can control how you respond to them. That’s usually enough to change everything.

Building habits

The Stoic daily practice — morning intention, evening review — is one of the most effective habit structures that exists.
