Life coaching is a structured conversation that helps you get clear on what you want, understand what’s in the way, and take practical steps forward. I ask questions, offer tools, and keep you accountable. The decisions and the work stay yours.
Therapy treats mental health conditions and works with past trauma. Coaching is forward-looking and focuses on goals, habits and decisions. If you’re struggling with depression, trauma or a crisis, please see a registered psychologist or counsellor. I’m happy to help you find the right support.
We spend 30 minutes talking about what you’re facing and what you’d like to change. I explain how sessions work, and you decide whether to continue. There’s no payment and no pressure.

For now, all sessions are online by video call, so you can join from anywhere in South Africa and beyond. I’m based in Pretoria (Wapadrand).
